Visionnaire, L’Impero Dei Sensi
A synesthetic narrative, envisioned was developed to introduce a three-piece, capsule collection designed for Visionnaire. The immersive installation, titled L’impero dei sensi and unveiled during Design Week 2023, focuses on the senses as tools for comprehending the world.
Surfaces are tactile, and colors reflect the nuances of skin. The combined experiences – visual, tactile, and olfactory – are accompanied by dance performances. In this unique project, the realms of art and design join forces to craft an immersive and engaging atmosphere that conveys the sensation of plunging into a soft, enveloping world where time appears to stand still.

The light transforms into a dance of emotions, blending with the physical touch of Shibari and reflecting on the surfaces of the Blanche mirrors, which reveal a symbolism that awaits discovery. Each object on display offers a sensorial experience that engages visitors deeply and intensely. A video work by Variante Artistica, enriches the journey of exploration, utilizing archival film materials.
The gaze rests on the Shibari chair, with its woven structure – an invitation to tactile exploration. As the viewer is embraced by the chair, an explosion of light captures the eye in the form of the Parade lighting system, a luminous sculpture situated at the center of the space.
