Tacchini, Showroom
Studiopepe was called in to reinterpret the showroom of Tacchini in Milan – a space imagined as an apartment inhabited by a cultured and eclectic figure. A collector, an individual with a deep sensitivity for art, materials and the beauty of everyday life.
The atmosphere of the rooms suggests an imagined world formed through the dialogue of art, photography, ceramics and collectible design, like a home shaped gradually over time: layered, evolving and enriched by personal impressions.
Material, light, and color act as fundamental instruments, generating unexpected tensions between the raw and the refined, the humble and the sophisticated. Each room unfolds its own narrative and palette – sometimes composed of near non-colors – paired with a quality of light that evolves over the course of the day. Some spaces feel distinctly diurnal, while others take on a more nocturnal, intimate and mysterious character.
