Tooy, Euroluce 2023
For Euroluce 2023, Studiopepe has developed an ephemeral architecture with enveloping forms, inspired by the path that light draws on the surfaces it encounters during the course of the day. This design emphasizes the close connection that exists between the concept of time and that of light.
A booth conceived as an iconic architecture open to the outside, which sees influences from the 1960s in the development of forms and the treatment of surfaces. A single-material shell in warm tones, created with a custom lime finish, covers all of the surfaces including the display surfaces, while a cream-toned carpet blankets the floor, emphasizing the cocoon effect.
The environment is characterized by a strong visual permeability achieved through passages, cuts, and visual glimpses that create perspectives and dedicated viewpoints on the exhibited lamps.
