Baxter, Miss Rope

Miss Rope chair with an elegant matt black powder-coated metal frame covered with a woven paper cord available in two colours: cognac or fumée. The seat reminds us of the ritual seating of tribal leaders, seats that are thrones and with their height indicate the importance of the person who sits on them. Working with rope weaving was interesting because its artisanal value is very high. In this project you can read the handmade and the gesture of the craftsman who created the actual piece with accuracy and continuity.
